Here’s what you’ll be doing:

- Building and maintaining financial models that support pricing, forecasting and investment decisions
- Preparing monthly management accounts and variance analysis for the leadership team

- Supporting budgeting cycles and challenging assumptions where the numbers don't add up
- Producing investor-ready reporting packs and board materials
- Partnering with commercial and operations teams to translate financial data into decisions they can act on

Here are the skills you’ll need:

- 2-4 years’ experience in a financial analysis, corporate finance or FP&A; role, ideally within Financial Services
- Solid Excel and financial modelling skills. Experience with a BI tool (Power BI, Looker or similar) is a plus




- A recognised accounting or finance qualification (or working towards one), such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Comfort working with ambiguity. Startups rarely hand you a finished process
- Sharp attention to detail balanced with the ability to see what actually matters
- Confident communication skills, since you’ll be explaining financial detail to people who don’t live in spreadsheets
