The Salvation Army in Melbourne CBD is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Southern Cross Salvos Store with passion for community impact. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales and surplus targets, manage stock, pricing and visual merchandising, and foster a motivated team of staff and volunteers.

Reporting to the Area Manager, this permanent full time role offers a values-based workplace, with wages aligned to the Retail General Industry Award Level 6 and a focus on work-life
