Abled Care and Nursing Services in Tuggerah, NSW, is seeking a NDIS Support Coordinator for a full-time role. You will coordinate NDIS-funded supports, liaise with participants and families, and monitor plans to ensure they meet changing needs.

Aiming to empower clients to live independently with person-centred care in a supportive team. The role requires at least 2 years in NDIS coordination, solid NDIS knowledge, and solid communication.
