Woodforde Group is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders across qualified, design, product, finance and leadership teams. You will coach leaders, navigate ER challenges and help shape people strategies in a growing organisation.

In this role you’ll balance hands-on coaching with strategic guidance, supporting change initiatives, workforce planning, and leadership development while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
