Infopro Digital, the B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a Senior Content Producer on a permanent basis to join our AUSREiiF business based in Sydney.
About the Business
Infopro Digital is a global B2B group with more than 4,000 employees across 26 countries, delivering information, data and technology solutions to professional communities across automotive, risk and insurance, construction, industry and retail.
Our Australian events business is home to AUSREiiF, Australia’s new major real estate investment and infrastructure forum, bringing together government, investors, developers, infrastructure leaders, professional services and the wider built setting to drive investment, development and regeneration across Australia.
Modelled on the highly successful UKREiiF, AUSREiiF will launch in September 2027 as a three-day, festival-style event bringing together the people, projects and investment opportunities shaping Australia’s future.
This is an opportunity to join the Australian business at the ground level and play a central role in building its commercial success and long-term industry relationships.
What the role involves
We are looking for a highly curious, connected and commercially aware Content Producer to shape the content and stakeholder ecosystem for AUSREiiF 2027. Reporting to the Head of Events – Australia, you will be responsible for understanding the issues, opportunities and people shaping Australia’s built environment and turning that intelligence into a vast, varied and relevant content programme.
This is not simply a conference programming role. AUSREiiF is not a typical B2B confex where delegates sit in a ballroom looking up at a PowerPoint presentation.
At any given time there could be up to 30 side content events going on at once – a breakout stage, an executive roundtable, a workshop, a networking forum, a closed-door meeting.
You will build relationships across the ecosystem, including national and local government, developers, investors, infrastructure organisations, industry bodies, associations, professional services and other key public and private sector stakeholders. You will identify the people and ideas that need to be in the room, create compelling conversations around them and develop relationships that strengthen AUSREiiF beyond the event programme itself.
The role requires someone who is clued up, curious and naturally interested in how Australia is changing through its built environment – someone who reads widely, asks good questions, and understands that the best content often comes from bringing together people who don’t normally sit at the same table.
Responsibilities & duties
- Develop and deliver the Australian content strategy in collaboration with the Head of Events Australia.
- Curate a broad and compelling programme reflecting the diversity of Australia’s built environment.
- Identify the key issues, opportunities, projects, trends and debates shaping the market.
- Balance strategic thought leadership with practical, commercial and highly relevant content.
- Ensure the programme reflects the interests of government, capital, developers, infrastructure, business and communities.
- Develop content that creates genuine opportunities for connection, collaboration and deal-making.
- Research and develop programme themes, sessions, formats and experiences.
- Identify compelling topics and conversations rather than simply replicating traditional conference formats.
- Develop a mix of keynote conversations, panels, interviews, roundtables, workshops, briefings, debates and other formats that don’t simply follow a traditional conference format.
- Curate content across multiple sectors and themes.
- Ensure the programme is inclusive and diverse as well as balanced geographically and across public and private sectors.
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure content is effectively communicated and promoted.
- Identify and approach senior speakers, contributors and thought leaders.
- Develop trusted relationships with speakers and stakeholders.
- Manage speaker briefing, preparation and communications.
- Work with speakers to ensure sessions are relevant, dynamic and valuable.
- Think outside the box – identify emerging voices and perspectives alongside established industry leaders.
- Develop relationships with government and public sector stakeholders, a significant part of the role, including:
- Federal, state and territory government.
- Local government and councils.
- Government agencies and statutory authorities.
- Economic development organisations.
- Infrastructure and planning bodies.
- Understand their priorities, identify relevant opportunities for engagement and ensure AUSREiiF provides a credible platform for meaningful participation.
- Build relationships with developers, investors, infrastructure organisations, professional services firms, associations
