Employment Hero is seeking an experienced Communications and Content Lead for ANZ to own regional strategy and execution across communications and content. This role focuses on driving earned media, building authority, and aligning with marketing KPIs in a rapid-paced, remote-first environment.

You’ll lead end-to-end ANZ communications and content programs, oversee agency relationships, and collaborate with local and global partners to scale Employment Hero’s narrative and impact.
