Pet Circle is seeking a Customer Specialist to support our pet-loving community. This is a remote, home-office role with a 38-hour week and a rotational roster, working between early and late shifts.

You will handle phone, live chat and email inquiries, delivering tailored solutions and building lasting relationships with customers and their pets. You’ll thrive in a rapid-paced environment, bringing strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
