Bapcor is seeking a Rostering Specialist to join its Trade People & Culture team in Australia. You will analyse rosters, optimise labour use, and strengthen compliance across the Burson network. You’ll partner with regional and store managers to deliver coaching, insights and practical improvements.

This role emphasizes data-driven rostering, reporting and continuous improvement, with collaboration across P&C;, Payroll, Finance and Operations to maintain consistent workforce practices.
