You will provide guidance across compute, storage, networking, security, and Dev Ops, and collaborate with AWS engineers to resolve issues and plan strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for enterprise accounts, delivering proactive guidance, and presenting periodic performance reviews.
