Support Your Way Disability Services is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker for the Melbourne Metro - North-East region. The role involves in-home personal care, mobility assistance, medication administration, meal prep and transport, with shifts at clients' homes and in the community.

Applicants should have robust English, 3+ years in transferring/positioning, experience with cerebral palsy, ASD, and a willingness to travel beyond 30 minutes.
