MAYDAY Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support to the Managing Director of a rapid-paced executive search business. The role coordinates priorities, communications, meetings and follow-ups to keep the MD's day flowing efficiently.

This 3-month contract offers fully remote work, hands-on involvement with interview coordination, candidate communications and briefing material preparation, with autonomy and exposure to senior executives.
