The Victorian Department of Health invites a Solicitor to join the Privacy Team in Melbourne. You will provide timely legal advice and participate in privacy and information sharing matters to support protected health care and compliant governance.

You will draft ministerial and Cabinet briefs, develop privacy resources, and assist in privacy impact assessments and breach management, ensuring information governance aligns with statutory requirements.
