SBS Technology is seeking a customer-focused Service Desk Analyst to join SBS's 24/7 support team in Sydney. You will deliver frontline IT support for Windows, macOS, and business applications, ensuring accurate issue communication and resolution.

This is not an entry-level role; you should have 3+ years in a technology support setting, ITIL/ITSM experience, and the ability to work a rotating roster including after-hours calls.
