Snowy River Caravans in Melbourne is seeking a Dealer Development Manager to lead and optimise our Independent Dealer network. You will monitor dealer performance, analyse sales data, and work to meet and exceed commercial targets while maintaining top-tier customer service.

You will build solid relationships with Dealer Principals, identify growth opportunities, mentor dealership teams, and travel regularly to dealerships and events to represent the brand professionally.
