Oaks Port Douglas Resort is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead the dining and events team in Port Douglas. This full time role covers dinner service, conferences, weddings and special events, with a hands-on leadership style to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

The successful candidate will train and develop staff, maintain brand standards, and manage rostering and labour during peak periods while ensuring RSA compliance and high service quality.
