The Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to lead Beaconsfield District Health Service’s rural multi-purpose unit. You will provide clinical and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team, delivering protected, high-quality, person-centred care across sub-acute, residential aged care and community services.

You will manage day-to-day operations, workforce planning, governance, quality and safety, and staff development, working with staff, families and key stakeholders
