We are partnering with a well-established international bank seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join its Corporate Banking team in Sydney and Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded banking skilled to take ownership of corporate client relationships while playing a key role in the origination, structuring and execution of corporate lending transactions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate banking, with experience gained at either a domestic or international bank.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of corporate banking clients.
- Originate, structure and execute corporate lending transactions, including bilateral and syndicated facilities.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective corporate clients.
- Undertake financial analysis, credit assessment and transaction structuring to deliver tailored lending solutions.
- Prepare credit submissions and work closely with internal credit and risk teams to secure transaction approvals.
- Manage the end-to-end lending process,



from initial client engagement through to documentation and settlement.
- Monitor existing exposures and maintain a strong understanding of clients' financial performance and funding requirements.

About You

- Demonstrated experience in corporate banking, gained within a domestic or foreign bank.
- Strong understanding of corporate lending, credit analysis and transaction structuring.
- Proven relationship management skills, with the ability to develop and maintain senior-level corporate client relationships.
- Experience originating and executing corporate lending transactions.
- Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to assess complex corporate credit risks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- A commercially focused approach with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
