An opportunity exists for an experienced Finishes Foreman to join a Tier 2 Builder delivering a 30 level high-rise (85 apartments) in the heart of Broadbeach. They have been building in QLD and VIC for over 20 years.

Start date - January or February 2027 at the latest

The project is well underway just come up out of the ground now from basement stage and a need of finishes foreman who can supervisor external and internal finishes.

This is a Non-Union site but using EBA trades. The site advantages from quality subcontractors, and a collaborative culture focused on safety, quality, and program delivery.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for overseeing the structural delivery of the project and ensuring key milestones are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing all day-to-day structural construction activities
- Coordinating subcontractors, labour, plant, and materials
- Driving short-term construction programs and production targets
- Take ownership of all internal and external finishes from fit-out through to Practical Completion and handover, coordinating finishing trades across apartments, common areas,



façade/balconies and external works while driving programme, quality, safety, defects and final presentation.
- Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
- Working closely with the Site Team, Project Manager, and engineering team
- Monitoring progress and proactively resolving site issues
- Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with design, specifications, and project requirements

About You

You will be a proven Finishes Foreman with experience delivering high-rise developments above 12 levels.

You will possess:

- Demonstrated experience as Finishes Foreman delivering internal and external finishes on high-rise projects in Australia.
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and structural methodologies
- Commitment to safety, quality, and project outcomes
- The ability to build strong relationships across site teams and stakeholders
