Bonnie Hotels Group is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our NSW pubs. This full-time role focuses on safe, compliant, and guest‑oriented hospitality.

You will manage staff, licensing compliance, inventory, and service standards, while mentoring the team and driving guest experiences. The successful candidate will hold an Advanced Licensee qualification, have 4+ years in a senior hospitality role, and be adaptable to weekend shifts.
