UNSW is seeking a skilled Service Designer to shape LMS-related services for students, educators and staff. You will map current and future-state experiences, translate insights into practical service requirements, and work with multiple teams to ensure scalable, user-centered outcomes.

You will contribute to discovery activities, prototyping, and pilots, collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, architecture and delivery teams to align design with operational and safety requirements.
