Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Nurse to join the Cambridge East and South City Nursing Service. You will deliver high quality nursing care in patients' own homes or residential settings, with a focus on wound care, palliative care and long-term conditions, and you will develop assessment and care-planning expertise.

You will travel independently around the county, hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle to meet service needs.
