Avani Cypress Lakes Resort, part of Minor Hotels ANZ, is seeking a Food & Beverage Team Leader to oversee daily service across breakfast, lunch and dinner shifts and mentor a small team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will lead service, take guest orders accurately, demonstrate menu knowledge and ensure RSA, hygiene and safety standards are met.
