Arcare Point Lonsdale is seeking a Residence Manager to lead our 90-bed residence. This permanent full-time role focuses on creating a safe, supportive and comfortable environment while providing transparent leadership across clinical, environmental, catering, lifestyle and administration teams.

You will oversee budgeting and financial management, drive quality improvement, ensure regulatory compliance and maintain open, compassionate communication with residents, families and staff.
