Aveo is seeking a Care Partner (Clinical) on a permanent full time basis for our Gold Coast communities. You will act as a trusted advocate for residents, delivering in-home care plans and coordinating services to support independence.

You will be a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, using clinical judgement autonomously in a home-based setting and collaborating with GPs, Allied Health and care teams. A Aveo vehicle, laptop, and phone are provided along with training and ongoing support.
