We are currently looking for a confident Customer Assist Consultant to join our growing Operations team. This role is perfect for someone just starting out in the industry and looking to grow their experience!

You will be working hybrid between our Head Office in Newstead and home.

What you'll do

As a Customer Assist Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for handling customer enquiries, ensuring simple, fair and accessible solutions while meeting SLAs and regulatory requirements.

Your day may include:

- Handle and respond to customer queries via email and phone
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Guide customers through account management processes
- Address queries and resolve all issues relating to account changes, contract terms and claims processing
- Identify and investigate discrepancies with incoming,



outgoing and unexpected transactions

Our ideal new addition will have:

- Experience in customer service particularly within novated leasing, salary packaging or financial services
- Experience in developing and documenting processes and system guidance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Salesforce and/or Catch-e is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
