Clarkson Primary School in Perth's northern corridor seeks a Program Coordinator to lead and coordinate the Connected Community School Trial. This 36-month, full time fixed-term position reports to the school leadership team and partners with health services, Aboriginal organisations and families to improve wellbeing and education outcomes.

You will drive community consultation, broker partnerships, analyse data, prepare reports for stakeholders, and ensure culturally responsive practices.
