Cleanaway Waste Management is seeking an experienced Team Leader/Operator for our Resource Recovery site in Clayton, VIC. The role combines heavy machinery operation with hands-on leadership to mentor colleagues and drive safe, efficient waste handling.

You will operate excavator, loader, skid steer and forklift; load and assist drivers, maintain safety and quality, and deliver excellent customer service. Permanent full-time position with attractive benefits and opportunities for growth opportunities.
