Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Sandgate, part of HBH Group, is seeking a passionate Commis Chef to join our high-volume kitchen. You will help deliver high-quality dishes, support the Head and Sous Chefs, and contribute to a rapid-paced, energetic service culture.

Candidates with a Commercial cookery certificate (III/IV) and at least 1 year post-apprenticeship experience are preferred, with weekend availability and full working rights in Australia. Strong hygiene and teamwork are essential.
