Our NDIS provider clients are always looking for kind, dependable support workers who help people live the life they choose.
What the work usually involves

- Supporting participants with daily living and personal care
- Community access, outings and social activities
- Helping with meals, household tasks and appointments
- Supporting participants to build independence and skills
- Writing clear shift notes and following support plans

What our clients look for

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to apply)
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Disability is preferred
- Driver's licence and a reliable, insured car for most roles
- Patience, respect and a positive sense of humour

Pay
Typically $32 to $40 an hour plus super, in line with the SCHADS Award and depending on the client, shift times and qualifications.
