About Us:

ARA Fire Mining is part of the ARA Group of companies, a national provider of fire protection solutions across industries including mining, construction, marine, transport, commercial and retail. As an Account Manager you will work closely with nominated external clients, internal staff and subcontractors. This role is very hands on, varied from day to day and often requires the ability to focus on multiple tasks at once with a level head.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

- Managing client documentation/software/portal systems

- Quoting

- Invoicing

- Reporting (internal and external)
- Data management in ARA Service Maintenance software CLARAFY

- Client meetings
- Assisting other members of the mining team as required.

This role would suit someone who is currently a Tradesperson with a technical background looking for a change, or an Account Manager who is looking to take a step into the Mining space. Knowledge of the fire protection service industry or experience in a similar industry would be beneficial although not imperative.

Essential Criteria:

- Ability to build long term relationships with clients through first class customer service and striving to exceed client’s expectations,




- Works well in a team environment with a solid individual work ethic and happy to take ownership of role,
- Self-motivated with an inbuilt sense of urgency and can work efficiently when unsupervised.
- Possesses a methodical approach to processes and record keeping.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar type industry e.g. electrician, sprinkler fitter, plumber is beneficial although not imperative.
