About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our Administration team.

This is a varied role that combines accounts, administration and customer service responsibilities. You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the dealership through accounts processing, banking, reconciliations, customer reception and general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounts payable administration and creditor invoice processing
- Debtor account reconciliations and follow-up of outstanding accounts
- Banking, receipting and cashflow reporting
- Vehicle deal processing and sales administration support
- Processing manufacturer and dealership documentation
- Customer reception and switchboard operation
- General administrative,



clerical and bookkeeping duties
- Mail, stationery and office administration
- Liaising with dealership departments and Group Head Office as required

About You We're looking for someone who has:

- Previous accounts or administration experience
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- A professional telephone manner and customer service approach
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in an automotive dealership environment will be highly regarded
