Injury Management Administrator - Perth, WA

Kollab Recruitment Group is recruiting exclusively for one of our long-standing clients, a large national services provider, to find an Administrator for their Perth-based Care Services team. This part-time contract suits someone with solid admin skills who wants to grow their experience in injury management.

About the role

You’ll work 25 hours per week on a 3-month contract, reporting to the management team. You’ll keep injury management and workers comp cases moving, working with employees, operational leaders, medical providers and insurers.

What you’ll do

- Handle day-to-day injury management and workers compensation admin
- Keep case files, medical documents and system records accurate and current
- Book medical appointments and rehab services, and follow them up
- Help prepare return-to-work plans and suitable duties paperwork
- Chase outstanding information so cases progress on time
- Answer admin enquiries and assist with payroll and finance tasks
- Prepare reports and suggest ways to improve record keeping and workflows

What you’ll bring

- Previous administration or coordination experience




- Strong attention to detail and good organisation
- Confidence communicating with a wide range of people
- Professional handling of confidential information
- Good computer skills, including Google Drive
- The judgement to own routine tasks and know when to escalate

Bonus points for

- Experience in workers compensation, injury management or return-to-work - Highly Desired
- Familiarity with SOLV - Highly Desired
- A background in mining, transport, logistics, construction or similar operational industries
