A S Consultants Pty Ltd, trading as AI Labs Solutions, is a rapid-growing, technology-driven business in Lakemba, NSW. Our experience running car rental operations has shown us where the industry needs better software, and we are now building commercial products to meet those needs.

The Opportunity

This is a chance to join us at an exciting stage and help shape our software products from the ground up. You will work on a car rental and fleet management platform covering vehicle tracking, rental bookings, accident and claim management and operational automation, designed to be sold commercially to rental companies across the market. You will also help build software for accounting firms, including practice and workflow management, client data handling, compliance tracking and reporting tools, and integrate modern AI models to automate repetitive tasks, process documents and generate insights for our clients. You will work closely with the business from requirements through to deployment, with real influence over the architecture, technology choices and direction of each product.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Developer Programmer to join our team on a full-time basis (38 hours per week). You will design, build, deploy and support our commercial software product

Key Responsibilities

Design,



build and maintain web and mobile applications across our car rental, accounting and AI products
Develop backend services and RESTful APIs in C# / .NET Core, integrating payment gateways, insurance providers and accounting platforms
Design and optimise SQL Server / MySQL databases for application and reporting needs
Create responsive front-end interfaces with React, Angular or Vue
Deploy and support applications on Azure / AWS using CI/CD pipelines
Integrate AI models and services into product features
Turn client and business requirements into technical solutions and documentation
Contribute to code reviews, testing and Agile practices, and mentor junior developers

Skills & Experience Required

3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Strong full-stack skills in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server and a modern JavaScript framework
Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) and Git
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently

Desirable

Experience with commercial or multi-client software products
Background in accounting, finance or fleet management systems
Experience integrating AI models
