We are looking for an experienced AI Developer with solid Python development skills and hands-on experience building LLM-based applications, AI agents, and conversational AI systems.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Python.
- Recent experience building LLM-based applications, AI agents, or conversational AI systems.
- Experience with FastAPI or similar asynchronous Python web frameworks.
- Production experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- Proficiency in Git, GitHub, and modern software development workflows.
Good to Have:
- Google Agentic Development Kit (ADK) or similar agent frameworks.
- Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and tool integrations.
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and infrastructure.
- Prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning, and AI safety practices.
- Open-source AI/ML contributions and monorepo architectures.
- Agile certifications such as CSM or PSD.
- Experience mentoring developers or leading AI/ML and backend engineering teams.
