About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to build intelligent applications, agents and automated workflows. You’ll work across AI, full-stack development and security, taking features from early experimentation through to deployment.

Working closely with the founding team, you’ll help shape technical decisions, contribute to R&D; and solve practical business challenges. This role suits someone who enjoys startup environments, works independently and takes ownership of delivery.

Responsibilities

· Design, develop and maintain AI applications, intelligent agents and multi-agent systems.

· Build intelligent workflow orchestration.

· Integrate AI solutions with applications, APIs, databases and external systems.

· Evaluate and improve accuracy, reliability,



latency and cost through testing and monitoring.

· Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot AI services and workflows.

· Document architecture and communicate progress, risks and limitations.

· Develop and maintain full-stack features, including user interfaces, backend services, APIs and databases.

· Implement and test application and infrastructure security controls.

· Participate in research and development activities.

Skills and Experience

- Experience building AI agents and automated workflows.
- Experience with document AI, digitisation and intelligent information processing.
- Robust Python, full-stack development and secure coding skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver reliable solutions.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
