Analyst to Associate - Natural Resources

- Cross-border M&A; and capital markets experience

Our Client Our client is a global investment bank advising on complex M&A; and capital markets transactions, including cross-border mandates. The firm wish to appoint an Analyst / Associate to their prolific Nat Res coverage team.

The Opportunity A hands-on role offering direct involvement across the full m&a; transaction lifecycle from origination through to execution. Working closely with senior bankers you will lead financial analysis and drive transaction workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and sensitise financial models and valuations
- Prepare pitches, presentations and transaction materials
- Analyse companies, industries and recent transaction opportunities
- Drive transaction execution and due diligence




- Advise on client solutions alongside senior bankers

About You

You will bring

- 3+ years’ M&A; or valuation experience within investment banking or corporate advisory
- Outstanding academic credentials
- Advanced financial modelling, accounting and valuation skills
- Strong commercial judgement and analytical capability
- The ability to deliver under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Initiative, leadership and a collaborative approach
- Excellent communication skills and professional integrity
- An understanding of global capital markets and cross-border M&A;
