We are looking for an experienced Lead Appian Developer to join our team and drive enterprise application development, workflow automation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop enterprise applications using the Appian Low-Code Platform.
- Build workflows, case management solutions, process models, SAIL interfaces, records, and sites.
- Integrate applications using REST APIs, SOAP services, and SQL databases.
- Lead technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Mentor developers and collaborate with business stakeholders and distributed teams.
- Ensure application performance, security,



and development best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Appian BPM and low-code development.
- Expertise in Appian SAIL, Records, Process Models, Sites, and Integrations.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and SQL databases.
- Solid understanding of workflow automation, Agile delivery, and application performance.
- Technical leadership and stakeholder management experience.

Preferred: Banking and Financial Services experience, Appian certifications, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD. ? Location: Sydney, Australia
