About the Role

Full time or Part-Time Opportunity Option

Diamond Lab Boutique is looking for an organised, enthusiastic and tech-savvy individual to work directly alongside our business owner, assisting with day-to-day administration and business operations.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same! We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and the initiative to get things done.

No previous experience required – just a positive attitude, initiative and a willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities

- General administration, booking travel, coordinating appointments and assisting with bill payments.
- Attending client consultations, taking notes and assisting with follow-up tasks.
- Assisting with aftersales administration, client communications and order follow-ups.
- Capturing basic photos and videos on a smartphone for our marketing team.
- Supporting the owner with daily business operations and various tasks as required.

About You

- Organised, reliable and attentive to detail.
- Positive, proactive and eager to learn.
- Confident using technology, including Apple and Windows devices (MacBooks, iPads and PCs).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and ChatGPT.
- Friendly,



professional and a confident communicator.
- Able to follow instructions, take initiative and adapt to different tasks.
- Trustworthy and respectful of confidential information.
- Current driver's licence and reliable personal transport.

Diamond Lab Boutique is a growing Australian jewellery business specialising in lab-grown diamonds, engagement rings and bespoke fine jewellery.

This position is primarily based at our Chermside location, with occasional travel to other business locations throughout Brisbane.
