Position: Barista / Café All-Rounder

Macchina Espresso is seeking enthusiastic Baristas / Café All-Rounders to join our growing team, with opportunities available across our multiple café locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Creating a welcoming experience and building rapport with our customers.

- Assisting across coffee making, food prep and POS .

- Preparing every quality coffee cup consistently and efficiently.

- Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards

- Working collaboratively with the team and taking initiative to keep service running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For





- Barista experience in a busy café and cafe allrounder role
- A genuine interest in coffee and a willingness to learn more about our in-house roasting and specialty blends

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure

- Reliability, professionalism, and a team-focused mindset

- Willingness to learn and help out across all areas of the café
