Bunbury Toyota is seeking a motivated, professional and results-driven Business Manager to join our successful sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Automotive Business Manager or a highly motivated sales professional looking to take the next step in their automotive career or make a complete sea change to the South West.

About the Role

Working closely with our New and Used Vehicle Sales Departments, you will be responsible for providing customers with tailored finance and insurance solutions while ensuring a professional and seamless vehicle purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Present and arrange competitive vehicle finance and insurance solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize finance and insurance opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers, lenders and business partners.
- Achieve and exceed finance, insurance and dealership performance targets.
- Ensure all finance applications and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales process.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant finance, insurance and consumer protection regulations.

About You

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic,



well-presented and passionate about achieving results.

The successful applicant will ideally possess:

- Previous experience in automotive finance and insurance or dealership sales.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- A proven ability to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A customer-focused attitude and qualified approach.
- The ability to work effectively within a busy dealership environment.
- A current driver’s licence.

Previous Business Manager or finance and insurance experience will be highly regarded. Automotive sales experience is preferred but not essential.
