True Coffee Balwyn is looking for an energetic, reliable barista to join our friendly team. If you're quick on your feet, take pride in a outstanding coffee, and love a busy morning rush, we'd love to meet you.

Hours

- Mon to Fri: 5:00am to 3:00pm

- Sat and Sun: 6:00am to 3:00pm

- Must be available at least 5 days per week (rostered shifts within these hours)

Responsibilities

- Make consistently high-quality espresso drinks, with good milk texturing and latte art

- Take orders and serve customers with a warm, positive attitude

- Keep up with the pace during peak periods

- Set up and close the cafe, including cleaning and restocking

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards

- Work well with the team and communicate clearly

What we're looking for

- Minimum 6 months full-time barista experience

- Fast, organised, and proactive





- Reliable with a strong work ethic, and happy to start early

- Friendly, respectful, and good under pressure

- Right to work in Australia

- Food handling certificate or RSA (a plus, not essential)
