Personal Training Position | Rocksberg

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Rocksberg. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay and super

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Day to day
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Talk current enquiries through how the training works.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

To be considered A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it.



By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Availability needed

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
