PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West Liberty Grove

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Liberty Grove. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Day to day

Talk new enquiries through how the training works. Run one-to-one training sessions with clients. Follow our coaching and admin systems. Take part in mentoring and team workshops.

Your availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

What it pays

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour




- What you will need
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
