Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Mortlake

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Mortlake, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

When you need to be available

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Pay rates

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Qualifications
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Rent and support

No gym rent is charged.



Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

The role

- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
