Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Lilyfield

Looking for a casual personal training role in Lilyfield? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.

What we are looking for

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- What the role involves
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Pay and super

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
