Dromana Estate is seeking a passionate and dedicated Cellar Door person to join our team.

As a key representative of our winery, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences as guests taste our premium wines while learning about our vineyard and winery processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and engage with visitors at the cellar door, providing a warm and informative experience.
- Conduct wine tastings, explaining flavor profiles, vineyard history, and winemaking techniques.
- Assist customers with wine selections and promote sales of both wine and merchandise.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the cellar door area.
- Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.
- Participate in special events and promotions hosted at the estate.




- Collaborate with the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a seamless operation.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality or retail, preferably within the wine industry.
- Knowledge of wine and an interest in learning more about viticulture and winemaking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required.

Pay: $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0 – 15.0 per week
