What's involved – Provide a high level of mental health services (including assessment, treatment, diagnosis, case management, consultation, health promotion, early identification/intervention, liaison and education) within a multi-disciplinary team in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards.

- Apply sound clinical judgement to complex situations utilising clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of a more senior clinician when required.
- Contribute actively to and take a leadership role in interdisciplinary clinical/case reviews of consumer care and actively facilitate communication and collaboration across health service and community sectors to improve care.
- Initiate and implement quality and service improvement activities to continually improve the Central West Mental Health and AODS Service and enhance overall client care.
