Are you an experienced Claims Consultant looking for your next opportunity within a supportive and well-established insurance team?

We're partnering with a leading organisation seeking Claims Consultants to join their growing team on an initial six-month contract basis.

These opportunities sit across both Travel &Accident Claims, offering the chance to develop your technical claims expertise while working within a collaborative and people-focused environment.

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims from lodgement through to settlement, providing exceptional service to customers while ensuring claims are assessed accurately and efficiently.

You'll work closely with experienced colleagues, receive structured training, and be supported by a dedicated buddy during onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of claims end-to-end
- Assess claim documentation and determine claim outcomes
- Liaise with customers, medical professionals, employers, and third-party stakeholders
- Gather and review supporting information
- Negotiate and process claim settlements within delegated authority limits




- Maintain accurate claim records and notes
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims lifecycle

About You We're open to candidates from a variety of insurance backgrounds, including:

- Travel Claims
- Personal Accident Claims
- Motor Claims
- General Insurance Claims
- Workers Compensation
- Allied Health or Medical backgrounds
