About the Role

Erskine Oral Care, owner of Piksters is seeking an experienced Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist to join our Dental Education Team. This varied role, expected to be four days per week, combines clinical education, university outreach, course development, content creation, webinars, marketing support and industry events.

You will develop relationships with dental and oral health training institutions across Australia and New Zealand, deliver engaging education in person and online, and help create practical clinical and product content for dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and visit dental and oral health schools to identify needs and arrange lectures, hands-on programs and training packs.
- Develop and customize lecture material for presentation in webinars, workshops and hands-on courses to various audiences, in multiple durations across many locations.




- Develop and maintain materials for "Train the Trainer" sessions.
- Develop a resource library of modular slide decks for all trainers/presenters to utilise.
- Represent Piksters and Erskine Oral Care at major dental and oral health conferences, trade shows and industry events.
- Coordinate webinar facilities, sample bags, course materials and manage logistics for local and international sessions.
- Assist with catalogue and eDM copywriting and design, support clinical and product photography projects to ensure benefits to hygienists and dentists are highlighted.
- Promote webinars, university visits and courses through eDMs, social media, advertising and industry channels.
- Provide support at conferences, exhibitions and face-to-face courses, including venue and event management and logistics.
- Provide clinical support and contribute to product research, comparative analysis, advisory meetings and participate in new product development.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, quality and continuous improvement.
- Report to the executive team proposed activities and results of those activities.
- Collaborate frequently with other managers and staff, participate in ad hoc brainstorming, problem solving and planning meetings.

Experience & Knowledge

Essential





- Qualified Oral Health Therapist or Dental Hygienist with current AHPRA registration.
- At least five years clinical experience.
- Confident presenter with teaching, mentoring or facilitation experience.
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to evidence-based practice.
- Clear writing, editing, organisation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and developing opportunities with training institutions.
- Advanced competency with Microsoft Office suite, webinar and presentation platforms, and social media tools.
- Available for travel within Australia and New Zealand, with occasional international travel.
- Hold a current driver licence, have a reliable vehicle and reside within a reasonable commuting distance to our Frenchs Forest office.

- Experience delivering presentations, workshops, webinars or CPD programs.
- Experience coordinating conferences, seminars or educational events.
- Content development, educational writing or curriculum development experience.
- Experience working with distributors or international markets.
- Solid professional network within the dental industry.
