About the Role

We're looking for a Duty Manager to play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences and supporting a positive team culture. Working closely with the Venue Manager you'll provide hands-on leadership across daily operations while ensuring our service, safety and hospitality standards are consistently delivered.

What's on the Offer

- Flexible casual opportunity, Approximately 30-35 hours available across Monday to Friday with a focus on the afternoon and evening shifts
- Operating Hours:
- Monday-Tuesday 6:30am-6:30pm
- Wednesday 6:30am-7:00pm
- Thursday-Friday 6:30am-9:00pm.

- Shifts will generally commence from approximately 11:30am, with days and finish times varying based on operational requirements

- Prime Perth CBD location – along St Georges Terrace, with plenty of public transport available.

What You’ll be Doing:

- Lead and support front-of-house operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.
- Coach, motivate and collaborate with the team to create a positive, high-performing workplace culture.




- Drive smooth and efficient service periods while maintaining attention to detail and operational excellence.
- Ensure a safe, welcoming and compliant environment for both guests and team members.
- Take ownership of guest feedback, venue presentation and day-to-day operational success while acting as the leader on duty.

What You’ll Bring:

- Experience in hospitality leadership or supervisory role
- Holds a current Approved Manager Licence (essential)
- Robust bar experience and knowledge of wines (preferable)
- Passion about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading by example
- A positive attitude, strong leadership skills and a collaborative approach
- The ability to stay calm and focused in high-energy environments

Eligibility:

- Applicants must have current Australian working rights.
- Hold a valid Approved Manager Licence, RSA, and Food Handler Certificate
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
